TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Scope These Terms govern the use of the Zoo Cel online store and the purchase of pet products. By using the website, the customer confirms that they have read these Terms. Product information is provided for shopping purposes and does not replace veterinary advice. 2. Accounts and orders Customers must provide accurate and current information. An order is placed after the customer reviews the basket, delivery cost, payment method and total price, then confirms the purchase. Zoo Cel sends an order acknowledgement by e-mail. If a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed and may cancel the affected order. 3. Prices, payment and delivery Prices are shown in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery options and costs are displayed before checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding. 4. Returns and complaints Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory period, subject to legal exceptions for sealed goods unsuitable for return after opening. A complaint should include the order number and a description of the issue. Zoo Cel will handle complaints under applicable consumer law. 5.
